These people faced and are still facing a challenging life that really called for a stake and thus the survey opened up the minds for the heartfelt passion founders of Bwindi Community Orphans and Vulberable Centre (BCOVC) to think of the possible ways and means to change and improve the livelihood of these needy children who are living below the poverty line.

Empowering the lives of the orphans and the vulnerable children through hand craft skills.

Due to lack of capacity by the Uganda government to provide for the orphans and less privileged children in Uganda, it has been the role of civil society and non –Governmental organisations that have come up with a lobbying advocacy strategy to fundraise for the immediate help to the children for their education and meeting other basic needs of their lives.
BCOVC is a team of dedicated Ugandans with a commitment to give hope to Vulnerable children especially orphans, street children and children from impoverished families. We envision at improved quality of life for vulnerable children in Bwindi-Uganda by providing quality education, proper accommodation, health care, and spiritual guidance.
